Order Cancellation

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Timeframe:

b. After 24 Hours:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, please refer to our return policy below.

2. Order Cancellation by SCP Jewellers

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • Payment is not successfully processed.
  • There are discrepancies or inaccuracies in product pricing or descriptions.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is suspected.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Policy

3. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 1 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn condition.
  • Accompanied by all original packaging and tags.
  • Not custom-made, personalized, or on sale.

4. Return Process

a. Request a Return Authorization (RA):

b. Prepare Your Return:

Securely package the item(s) with the RA number and your original invoice. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us.

c. Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

b. Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

8. Return and Replacement

We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and offer either a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
